Position Summary Information Job Description Summary The APEX Accelerator Program Coordinator reports directly to the APEX Accelerator Program Director.
The primary responsibilities of the APEX Program Coordinator are to engage and direct activities to support, grow, and advance the client base of APEX using sound marketing fundamentals, effective use of social media hosting platforms and advertising channels, and full integration of virtual modes of communication.
Main areas of activities include marketing, outreach, event planning / coordination and compliance.
This position requires a high degree of activities in strategic marketing aimed at promoting current events, identification, and implementation of new potential markets to grow the program.
This position is responsible to maintain contact with past, current, and future clients by providing outreach activities through timely and relevant postings of APEX training events, news, and updates on social media sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
in addition to weekly email marketing campaigns, APEX webpage refreshes, constant contact, and social media campaigns.
This position supports APEX Accelerator program compliance by implementing a quarterly training schedule and the collection of data into our CRM (Neoserra) to provide required performance reports with accurate, focused, & detailed client account data.
This position may require travel. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

to include identification of new market opportunities, establishing market trends, monitoring activities and campaigns, track and measure marketing outcomes utilizing data and analytics to determine overall effectiveness.
Job Duty Develop and maintain APEX on-going training schedule with input from advisors to provide comprehensive event planning to include locating and booking presenters, event locations, the creation of marketing materials, event marketing activities, and handling all other aspects of training events including the use of social media.
Job Duty Act as host and point of contact to coordinate and facilitate all virtual events using Teams (Zoom or other platforms if approved) as needed.
Job Duty Keep the APEX website page timely, updated, and fresh by performing regular postings, updates, and monitoring. This task is accomplished with the supervision of the PD and with collaboration from Del Mar College IT staff.
Job Duty Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with key accounts to accomplish organic growth and meet long term APEX mission objectives.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders (measure, track and analyze key account metrics).
Job Duty Maintain social media presence and continued growth of the APEX program through timely and relevant postings of APEX events, news updates, and articles on sites such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Job Duty Learn and become proficient on APEXs’ CRM software (Neoserra) in support the APEX program i.e., posting of events and registration activities of attendees, e-mailing clients on various topics within the database, post activities i.
e., reporting of all events, data entry of client and resource partners, assisting the Program Director with data management, surveys, and accumulation of information for performance reports as needed to ensure compliance.
